Michael Granger was born in 1990 near Buffalo, New York. In 2008 he joined the Army National Guard as an infantryman, deploying to Kuwait in support of OEF. After getting out he worked in computers, focusing mainly on Unix and security. He lives in Milton Mills with his wife and two kids.
His hobbies include building firearms, hand-loading ammunition, raising chickens, and woodworking.
