All over the country, Flock cameras are going up. They are tracking your location, monitoring what you do, and building a database of your activities to allow anyone with access the ability to stalk you, your spouse, and your children. NH already has some of the strongest highway surveillance protections in the country, but we have to do more to stop this new threat to our individual liberty. Sign this petition. Let Concord know you're watching, and that you want them to work overtime in preventing NH from turning into a surveillance state.

WHEREAS, NH residents have a constitutional right to privacy,


WHEREAS, Flock cameras infringe upon this right,


WHEREAS, the State of New Hampshire has a duty to protect the rights of Granite Staters,


WHEREAS, political subdivisions in the state must follow the state constitution,


WHEREAS, modern dragnet surveillance systems are anathema to the prosperity and liberty of the people of New Hampshire,


THEREFORE we the undersigned demand the State of New Hampshire, through our elected Legislators, work to prevent the installation and use of Flock cameras and similar mass surveillance devices.
